Scope of Consultancy & Key Responsibilities
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical recommendations for emergency WASH activities, including water supply rehabilitation, sanitation facilities, water trucking, and hygiene promotion aligned with Sphere standards[cite: 1].
- Water Quality Monitoring: Conduct and document routine water quality testing associated with water trucking and distribution for affected communities and health delivery points[cite: 1].
- Inter-Sector Integration: Integrate emergency WASH activities with health, gender, protection, and nutrition interventions[cite: 1].
- Stakeholder Coordination: Represent Project HOPE at WASH Cluster coordination meetings and liaise with local government authorities, UN agencies, and implementing partners[cite: 1].
- Program Support: Assist with WASH planning, budgeting, procurement reviews, partner deliverable tracking, and donor reporting[cite: 1].
Minimum Eligibility Criteria
