Required Vehicle Specifications & Locations
- Electric Vehicle (EV) Car: Model year 2025 or newer — based at Jhpiego Central Office, Lalitpur.
- Scorpio 4WD: Model year 2022 or newer — stationed across designated provincial offices in Nepal.
Scope of Work & Vendor Requirements
- Legally registered vehicle rental agencies operating in Nepal with valid operating licenses and registrations.
- Provision of well-maintained vehicles meeting specified model-year requirements along with qualified, licensed, and experienced drivers.
- Adequate operational capacity to service field movement for the USAID-funded MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership (MCGL) project across central and provincial territories.
Submission Guidelines & Conditions
Interested vendors must submit a sealed hard-copy quotation adhering to the following criteria:
- Addressed To: Jhpiego Corporation, Nepal.
- Pricing Structure: Quotes must explicitly specify whether prices are Inclusive or Exclusive of 13% VAT.
- Validity Period: Financial quotes must remain valid through September 30, 2027.
- Deadline: Sealed envelopes must reach the Jhpiego Nepal office by 5:00 PM on October 02, 2026.
