Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Program Leadership & Development: Responsible for overall management, development, and strategic supervision of Tdh Nepal’s Health and WASH thematic portfolio, including Digital Health initiatives.
- Resource Mobilization & Proposal Writing: Lead the creation of concept notes, proposal development, and fundraising strategies to mobilize resources for the organization’s health and WASH sector.
- Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong linkages with government bodies, donors, implementing partners, and key sector stakeholders for effective program representation.
- M&E and Compliance: Oversee the implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework across all Health and WASH initiatives, ensuring quality, timely donor reporting, and strict compliance with organizational standards.
- Resource & Operations Management: Ensure effective utilization and supervision of financial, logistical, and material resources assigned to program activities.
