1. Office of Rural Municipal Executive Konjyosom, Lalitpur invites for hard copy bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the contract named below:

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Office of Rural Municipal Executive Konjyosom, Lalitpur, konjyosom2075@gmail.com, 9851420100 & 9843203692
3. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office of Rural Municipal Executive Konjyosom, Chaughare, Lalitpur at 2026-09-29 at 14:00 hours.
4. Hard copy bids must be submitted to Office of Rural Municipal Executive Konjyosom, Chaughare, Lalitpur before 2026-10-09 at 12:00 hours, Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The Hard copy bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2026-10-09 at 13:00 hours at the office of Office of Rural Municipal Executive Konjyosom, Lalitpur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security hard copy of the Hard copy-bid, amounting to a minimum of mentioned above in table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid .The bidder who wishes to submit the Bid security in the form of cash , bidders has to deposit cash in Sanima Bank Konjyosom Branch, Account named GA-3 KONJYOSOM GA.PA. DHARAUTI KHATA Account no. 066010020000003.
6. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
7. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
8. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with public Procurement Act, 2063 and public procurement regulations, 2064 and other prevailing rules and regulations.
