๐ผ Open Positions & Locations:
๐ 1. Finance and Subgrants Officer
๐น Location: Kathmandu
๐น Role: Manage subgrants portfolio compliance and partner monitoring plans, provide technical support for budget preparation, review partner expenditures, and ensure timely fund transfers.
๐ 2. Finance Officer – AP Payroll
๐น Location: Kathmandu (with ~20% field travel)
๐น Role: Oversee day-to-day accounting, accounts payable, payroll support, tax compliance, bank reconciliations, and serve as primary backup for the PeopleSoft AP module.
๐ 3. Procurement and Supply Chain Officer
๐น Location: Kathmandu
๐น Role: Coordinate vendor relationships, manage procurement plans and lease commitments, ensure compliance with CARE USA and donor policies, and facilitate timely delivery of goods and services.
๐ 4. Finance and Sub Grant Officer (Nurture Every Future - Poshan)
๐น Location: Madhesh Province
๐น Role: Oversee financial management and subgrants for the "Nurture Every Future - Poshan" project, coach partner teams, process accounting transactions, and ensure strict donor/statutory compliance.
