Aasara Sudhar Kendra, Fulbari, Kailali—a non-profit organization run by the Nepal Police Wives Association (NPWA)—is seeking a qualified, highly motivated, and competent candidate for the position of Counsellor!

💼 Open Position & Requirements:

📌 Position: Counsellor (Male/Female) – 1 Position

🔹 Minimum Qualification:

• Master's degree in Psychology, OR

• Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counselling, OR

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least a 6-month certificate in Psychosocial Training.

🔹 Preferences: Candidates with a Master's degree in Psychology or prior experience in psychosocial support and counselling—especially working with substance users (addiction recovery) and clients with psychological problems—will be given preference.

🔹 Age Limit: 25 to 40 years.

🔹 Salary: Negotiable (as per organization rules).

📋 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Provide inpatient mental health services aimed at client recovery.

🔹 Conduct intakes, monitor cases, and lead individual, group, and family therapies.

🔹 Develop treatment plans and conduct periodic reviews.

🔹 Offer mental health assessments, counselling, referrals, and interventions.

🔹 Maintain documentation in line with organizational guidelines.
