 Khan's lawyer claims that the character of a person who has the potential to become the prime minister has been assassinated.

 

 

The lawyers of former minister Balkrishna Khan, who was arrested in the fake refugee case,

 have claimed that the person who has the potential to become the prime minister has been

 assassinated.

 The fake refugee case is being debated in the bench of District Court, Kathmandu Judge Prem Prasad Neupane. Former Attorney General Raman Shrestha, Nepal Bar Association President Gopalkrishna Ghimire, Senior Advocate Surendra Mahato and others argued on behalf of Khan on Wednesday. They have questioned the validity of the accusation against Khan.

रिट दर्ता सर्वोच्चमा प्रचण्ड र बाबुरामविरुद्ध || Writ registration in the Supreme Court against Prachanda and Baburam

 Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and leader Dr. A writ demanding action against Baburam Bhattarai has been registered in the Supreme Court.

Lenin Bista, a child soldier of the armed war, filed a writ in the Supreme Court with Prachanda and Bhattarai as opponents, alleging that the then Maoists had used unintelligent minors like him as child soldiers and forcibly removed them from the camp as unqualified fighters.

Earlier, Bista's writ was filed by the Supreme Administration, saying that it would be decided according to transitional justice. A single bench of Justice Anand Mohan Bhattarai, while hearing the petition filed by Bista against the bench, ordered the registration of the writ last Friday. 

The date of hearing on the said writ has been fixed on 30th of June.

In the writ, both the leaders have been requested to register a war crime case and proceed with the action. In this process, he also demands that Prachanda's position as Prime Minister should be suspended.

The writ petitioner also demands an order not to insult them as unqualified fighters.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' is coming to Dang today to participate in the 

convocation ceremony of Nepal Sanskrit University.

A team including Prime Minister Prachanda and Minister of Education, Science and Technology

 Ashok Kumar Rai is about to come to Dang to participate in the fifth convocation ceremony to be

 held at the central office premises of the university in Beljhundi.

Under the chairmanship of Chancellor of the University and Prime Minister Dahal and the chief

 hospitality of Prof. Hareram Tripathi, Vice Chancellor of Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, 

Varanasi, the convocation program has been fixed at 11:30 this morning.

In the convocation ceremony to be held after 12 years, 575 students are scheduled

 to be initiated. Yadav Prakash Lamichhane informed. 

 He said that 62 students will be honored with gold medals at the ceremony. 

In the program, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' will deliver the

 convocation address.

The convocation ceremony had not been held in the university since 2068.

 From the academic session 2067 to 2077, 575 of the 4,773 students 

who had passed the Vidyavaridhi, Acharya, Shastri, Ayurveda graduates, 

and one-year pedagogy passed the initiation exam.

२८ जेठमा गोकर्णेश्वर नगरपालिका, माकलबारीका ७१ वर्षीय सुवर्णकुमार धिताल पित्तथैलीको शल्यक्रिया लागि भर्ना भएका थिए। उपचारका क्रममा धितालको स्वास्थ्य अवस्था जटिल भएपछि पनि चिकित्सकले जानकारी नगराएको भन्दै मंगलबार बिरामीका आफन्त आन्दोलन र तोडफोडमा उत्रिएका थिए ।

आफन्तले अस्पताल परिसरमा नाराजुलुस, हुलहज्जत गरी अस्पताले टोडफोड जस्ता अवाञ्छित क्रियाकलाप गरेको प्रशासनले जनाएको छ।

धितालको अहिले भेन्टिलेटरमा राखेर उपचार भइरहेको अस्पतालले जनाएको छ ।

Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar has claimed that there is no dispute between the two 

neighboring countries Nepal and Bangladesh regarding the 'Akhand Bharat' map.

Saying that the wall map placed in the newly constructed Parliament of India also includes 

some territories of Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan
While the protest was going on, Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar said 

that Nepal and Bangladesh have been made clear on this matter. 

युरोपियन क्लबमा खेल्ने सावित्राले Savitra Bhandari Samba,

 

 

Savitra Bhandari Samba, the goalkeeper of the Nepali women's national football team,

 is going to play for a European club. Savitra, the forward of the Nepali team,

 has been signed by Israel's club Hapoel Ranana to play in the league there.She club announced on

 Tuesday 

that an agreement has been reached with Savitra through social media. 
Although it belongs to the Asian land, 

Israel is a member of the football federation of the European continent.
