About the Position
The Senior Admin and Finance Coordinator is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring financial health, administrative efficiency, HR compliance, procurement, and risk management at SDA. Acting as a bridge between management and the Executive Board, the position provides strategic insights, oversees day-to-day operations, and conducts mandatory monthly field visits to monitor project implementation.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Financial Control & Reporting: Lead financial planning, budget preparation, monthly bank reconciliations, database backups, CPAY online transactions, petty cash management, and coordinate internal/external audits.
- Administration & Asset Management: Oversee office operations, maintain the Fixed Assets Register (FAR) with coding and depreciation schedules, manage insurance policies, and handle institutional registrations.
- Human Resources & Payroll: Administer monthly payroll and benefits, maintain confidential staff records, and execute performance appraisal systems.
- Procurement & Supply Chain: Enforce procurement protocols (requisitions, competitive quotations, comparative sheets, purchase orders) within established threshold limits and manage inventory stock.
- Risk Management & Field Monitoring: Conduct a minimum of 5 days of monthly field visits to monitor project execution, verify stock registers, and implement financial risk controls.
